California Privacy Rights



As per California Civil Code Section 1798.83 also known as the “Shine The Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in posted content or in obtaining products or services for use are entitled to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by certain members of the LytxIt Group to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Visitors are entitled to obtain this information about personally identifiable information or content from the LytxIt Group once a year, free of charge, in the immediately preceding calendar year. Only information covered under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 will be provided in the request. To make such a request, please send an email to caprivacymanager@lytxit.com and follow the instructions provided below.

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83(c)(2), subsidiaries or entities of the LytxIt Group do not share visitors’ personal information with other member companies or third parties for direct marketing use unless visitors elect that we do so. MINOR POSTED CONTENT:

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, and a registered user of any site where this policy is posted, the California Business and Professions Code Section 22581 provides you with the right to request and obtain the removal of content and information that you have posted publicly.

To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed and accurate description of the specific content and information to caprivacymanager@lytxit.com.

1. Please include the following text in your request:
“I verify that I am a California resident.
Please remove my posted content from website [enter the website that LytxIt operates or manages]”

2. Please describe the exact content that you wish to have removed

3. Please provide, if possible, a URL to where the content is currently posted.

* If you are a minor, please include the following text in your request:
“I verify that I am under the age of eighteen (18) years old.”
